- 1 / 5By trenton marbryI waited for a seat when there was two booths and one table open. When my girlfriend and I finally got seated, it took them 10 minutes to wait on us. They took our drink order at the same time they took our food order and we didn't get our drinks until our food was brought out. I ordered a medium steak. It was cooked rare, was very tough, and didn't have flavor to it other than butter. Very disappointed in our experience and will probably not be back to the Jackson, TN location.November 05, 2016
