  It started off bad because we had sat for over 30 minutes and hadn't even had our drink orders taken. Then a waitress (Mel) from the bar section asked if anyone had been to our table and when we said no she immediately helped us and apologized as she moved us to her section. As we sat at our new table Ken(I'm guessing manager) came up to our table and apologized too and he would make sure we had a good rest of the evening. He had an appetizer sent to our table complimentary for the trouble which he didn't have to do but it was very kind of him. These 2 went above and beyond which isn't something you typically see anymore with customer service. Between the 2 of them and the food quality, we had a wonderful evening and we will most definitely be back!

  We got there around 3pm on a Saturday. It was unusually busy. We waited a few minutes and asked the hostess if we could sit in the bar area. There were 5 tables open and when we went to sit down the server told us, " you can sit there but I can't take care of you. I'm too busy." Wow! We should have left. We finally got placed in the main area and ordered. I had a road house chicken salad and my wife same with steak. When it arrived hers had no meat on it and the girl that brought it made it like it was our fault. Our server later said he put it in the computer wrong. Mine sat getting cold while they cooked her steak. Then when the bill came they had charged us for 3 salads. So we almost left paying 50.00 for 2 salads and 2 drinks. Our server apologized but I'm sorry that seems to be lack of management. I hope it was just an off day. Won't be back for awhile.

  Went there to watch March Madness and hang out for some food and drinks. The beer was a little pricey but the bartenders was very nice and put the TVs on the games we wanted to watch. Ordered the appetizer sampler to only send it back twice because it was prepared incorrectly. When asked to speak to a manager the bartenders apologized many times and went to get her. She came to talk to us and apologized many times wanting to fix the problem and make us happy. We just decided not to eat there and grab a pizza. Even though we asked and told the manager it was ok she still took 2 of our beers off the check. I would've gave a higher rating if the food wasn't wrong because the staff and manager was extremely friendly.
