  Worst experience we have ever had at a Chili's. We were quoted 20-30 minute wait.... Waited 25 minutes Great Job. They were not very buay as i saw 6 empty tablea in the area we sat in. It took almost 1.5 hrs to get our food and it not only came out cold but looked and tasted old. I had to send everything back anf i never got my addition side. Server was great and apologized many times but overall it will take a very long time for me to return. I am very understanding since i work in the restaurant business but thia is extremely unacceptable.

  Worse dining experience ever! Service was terrible, rude! Waiter never came back for our main course order, no matter how much we tried to flag her down. She finally showed up AFTER we had paid on the kiosk for our appetizer, at our table. The appetizer, Southwest rolls, was so over microwaved!!
